As a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), the only national plaintiff lawyer association, Joel participated in the membership phone-a-thon in Tampa, Florida on January 30, 2015. He helped recruit new members to AAJ and explain the benefit of such a powerful organization. The phone-a-thon took place at the law offices of Morgan & Morgan in downtown Tampa. Joel was able to network and share ideas with attorneys from all over the country.
AAJ is an organization made up of entirely attorneys who represent plaintiffs. The mission of AAJ is to “promote a fair and effective justice system – and support the work of attorneys in their efforts to ensure that any person who is injured by the misconduct or negligence of others can obtain justice in America’s courtrooms, even when taking on the most powerful interests.”
