Attorney John C. Shea’s article, A Practical Guide to Persuasive Opening Statements, will be published in a course handbook for the Practising Law Institute program “Trial by Jury 2019.”
The Practising Law Insititute is a non-profit, continuing legal education organization. The “Trial by Jury 2019” program will take place on November 1, 2019 in New York, NY. This course handbook will be distributed to attendees of the program and will be available for sale to others thereafter in print and electronic format, including in PLUS, PLI’s legal research database.
