Berkley joins Marks & Harrison bringing with her a wealth of workers’ compensation knowledge. After graduating from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond, Berkley joined a general practice law firm in Newport News, Virginia and practiced in several areas including representing injured workers. Working and learning multiple areas of the law allowed her to recognize that she was most passionate about helping injured clients. Berkley moved to Richmond in 2018 and focused her practice by working for a firm that exclusively handled personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. Berkley is excited to continue to represent injured workers and ensure they receive every benefit they deserve.
Prior to attending law school, Berkley attended Centre College in Kentucky where she graduated with a double major in Psychology and Religion. Berkley enjoyed the challenge of pursuing two majors on very different spectrums.
In her spare time, Berkley enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children. She especially loves traveling, cooking and music.
