The woman reported she was sexually abused and exploited while receiving massage services at one of the business’ locations. The case puts a spotlight on the massage industry and abuses that may be occurring at some locations that provide massage services.
About the Case
The lawsuit asserts that the Richmond-area woman was sexually abused and exploited while receiving massage services from Massage Luxe Williamsburg. She is one of four women who have already come forward with similar allegations against Massage Luxe International. The complaint argues that Massage Luxe knowingly, purposefully, and intentionally concealed their hiring and retention practices of employees who constituted a known threat to customers.
Possibility of More Victims

They say that their research shows that the number of reported sexual assaults falls drastically below the number of actual assaults.
