Attorney Joel McClellan presented alongside Amy Bradley from BrigliaHundley PLC at the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association (VTLA) Annual Convention which took place on March 24-27, 2022 at Landsdowne Resort.
Their presentation focused on best practices for pursuing full recourse in General District Court, including the best presentation of evidence, using medical evidence, admitting medical bills and other economic damages evidence, using testimony appropriately, etc.
Joel and Amy presented analysis about what evidence is most likely to persuade judges about damages and enable lawyers to bring a wider array of cases in GDC while pursuing full recoveries for clients.
