Marks & Harrison is pleased to announce that Dustin T. Rosser has joined the Firm. He is working alongside Fletcher Harkrader in our Charlottesville office.
Dustin was born and raised in Lynchburg, Virginia. He graduated from North Carolina State University with a B.A. in Political Science in 2005 and received his law degree from the New England School of law in 2008. After graduation, Dustin worked at law firms in Charlottesville and Richmond before moving to Northern Virginia to work for the Fairfax County Attorney’s Office.
Dustin has significant experience in all aspects of civil litigation including significant courtroom experience handling hearings, bench trials, and jury trials in General District Court, Circuit Court and Federal Court.
