The 11th annual WE CARE Festival took place on Saturday, August 5 at the Hotchkiss Field Community Center. WE CARE is an acronym that highlights Wellness, Education, Community Awareness and Resident Empowerment. The family-friendly event brings community organizations, churches and businesses together to empower the Richmond community.
