C.W. Davis had the pleasure of presenting the Marks & Harrison Scholarship to two of the three recipients at Essex High School on June 7, 2018. The Marks & Harrison Tappahannock scholarship was offered to students from five area high schools. Students submitted essays and videos on how to prevent distracted driving – specifically when it involves the use of apps such as Snapchat.
Two of the winners are from Essex High School while the third recipient is from Rappahannock High School.
