Our attorneys secured the third largest settlement of 2023 in a premises liability matter involving a store merchandise display that fell on a 7-year-old child. The case settled for $9 million.
The ninth largest settlement amounted to $5.24 million and arose from a vehicle accident. Our client sustained severe orthopedic injuries when her vehicle was struck head-on by a vehicle being chased by police. Additionally, she tragically suffered the loss of her son, who was six months in utero at the time of the crash.
