Alistair Edwards joined Marks & Harrison in 2023. Prior to joining Marks & Harrison, Alistair worked as a senior attorney at the National Legal Research Group in Charlottesville for many years. As a Senior Attorney at NLRG, Alistair worked with thousands of attorneys from around the country on various litigation projects and conducting legal research, writing, and analysis for his clients. In that capacity, Alistair has prepared literally thousands of legal memoranda and appellate briefs, including multiple filings with the Supreme Court of Virginia, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Alistair received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, majoring in history, and then went on to receive his law degree from the University of Florida.
