Personal Injury Attorney Daniel E. Savage

After obtaining his undergraduate degree at Hamilton College, Dan moved to Virginia to attend the University of Richmond Law School. Before joining Marks & Harrison, Dan worked for six years at GEICO Staff Counsel, learning how insurance companies approach cases. While still a defense attorney, Dan served as a defense expert panelist at VTLA’s July 2023 Advanced Auto Retreat. Since joining Marks and Harrison, Dan has litigated cases involving tractor-trailer collisions, motor vehicle collisions, premise liability injuries and dog attacks. Throughout his career, he has tried hundreds of General District Court cases and over ten jury trials.
